At the Cathedral Women's Forum we work together to improve our lives and that of our family members. This we achieve by always making God a part of the picture through discussions; sharing ideas and experiences on health issues, finances, relationships, careers and all aspects of every day living. The Women's Forum meets on the 2nd Sunday of each month from 9:15 - 10:15 a.m. in the Parlor. All women are invited.

On March 8, 2009, the Women’s Forum welcomed special guest Susan Coplea, Ma, Lcpc. The topic was Dealing with Anger, "Taming your Gremlin”.

The ladies of the Women's Forum started the new year right with a lesson in Zumba Gold, a fitness program that combines different dance styles set to an uptempo Latin beat.
