Guilds are essential to any cathedral and ours is no exception. These dedicated groups of volunteers work quietly behind the scenes to beautifully prepare the sanctuary for every Sunday and weekday service, as well as special events. |

The Altar Guild
The Altar Guild prepares the altar, pulpit and lectern for each service. Other responsibilities include polishing silver and brass, trimming candles, and laundering the linens. The trained members are divided into four teams, each working one Sunday per month. The schedule is deliberately designed to make it possible for those who are employed full time to participate. The Altar Guild welcomes new members any time during the year. |

The Flower Guild
The Flower Guild prepares the floral arrangements that beautify the Cathedral to the glory of God on special days such as Easter, Pentecost, Thanksgiving, All Saint’s, Advent and Christmas. Volunteers are always welcome.
